Phyllis Koch, interior designer for her own firm, ROK III, L.L.C in Bethesda, MD, is an experienced and reputable interior designer for high-end residential homes, resorts, retreats, and historic preservation projects. A native of Bethesda, MD, Phyllis received her BA with honors in Interior Design and Historic Preservation from Mount Vernon College in Washington, DC. Phyllis' signature look is classic and timeless, whether in a traditional, modern or transitional style.

Southern Accents Magazine, Traditional Home Magazine, Victoria Magazine, Mid-Atlantic Magazine, Washington Post, Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous, The Learning Channel, Home and Design, Washington Spaces and HGTV.
Phyllis is currently designing high-end residential and historic related projects, both reflecting the client's individual and unique styles. She is most interested in offering professional design services that will develop long term relationships reflecting superior taste, truthfulness, accountability, supportiveness, trust and excellence.
